The time slots are there so that we can accommodate an order every 3-5 minutes, from open to close. Lately, our time slots have been filling up as early as 6pm. If you are looking to improve your chances of getting an order at your desired time, we recommend placing your order online and in advance around 2-3pm. If placing your order by phone, call around 3pm. We have 2 phone lines and they may be tied up as we assist customers. If you cannot get through, please just wait 5 minutes and try again. SWEET BASIL MKE CATERING Sweet Basil MKE offers catering for events of any size! Create a culinary adventure for your guests with a variety of colorful Thai and Lao food for your next gathering. Choose from the menu below or we can help plan a custom menu. Sweet Basil MKE Catering Terms Catering order minimum: at least 2 trays and 48 hour minimum notice. Prices listed do not include taxes or fees. Pre-payment in advance required to lock in your event date. An 18 % gratuity is automatically applied to ALL catering orders. We do offer different service levels that you can choose from: Pick Up - you can pick up your catering order! Delivery Only - we drop off your order for a delivery fee. Set Up Service - we deliver and set up your order for an additional fee. This service depends on staff availability. Wire chafing stands and glass beverage dispensers are available for rent and must be returned to Sweet Basil MKE. Serving utensils, burners for stands, plates, napkins are all available for purchase and can be added to your catering order. These items are all optional. We are not a fast food restaurant, we make every order fresh. No food sitting in warmers, no frozen pre-made entrees. Does Sweet Basil MKE deliver? We used to deliver but have temporarily stopped offering delivery services for now. We had a 5 mile radius for delivery, but many orders would be for outside of our delivery zone causing our delivery drivers to be gone for lengthy periods of time and creating delays in other deliveries. Until we can figure out a better way to enforce the delivery zone, we will stick to curbside for now. In the future, we may offer delivery again if conditions are right.
